Welcome Ross!

Hey delegates!  We are so awesome that the Washington office is sending us a special treat.  Ross Jordan will be joining us as on official Observation Traveler.  He's a member of the program office and will be with us to experience our amazing program and report back to the office about the all our wonderful adventures.  We are so excited that he is joining us!  I hear he's pretty good in basketball, too!
